ICI Site Superintendent

Site Superintendent – ICI Construction (New Build)

We are looking for a skilled Site Superintendent to manage day-to-day site operations for new build ICI projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced in coordinating all aspects of ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
• Manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate daily site logistics, equipment, deliveries, and workforce.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain daily reports.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Review construction drawings and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI new build construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications in health and safety (e.g., Working at Heights, WHMIS) preferred.
  
  

Compensation

• Salary range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Additional benefits package available, including health/dental coverage and vehicle allowance.
