- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell TELUS products and services including mobile plans, home security, internet, and calling features
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for follow-up, retention, and promotional opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
- Stay updated on the latest product features and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging retail environment
- A strong interest in sales, with the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Students eligible to work under their study permit are welcome to apply
