We are searching for an experienced Inside Sales Representative at our Milton facility.

Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative position is a challenging, fast-paced job that requires sales skills. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone, mail and email and process product orders. You will be responsible for resolving complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges and adjustments after approval from management. You will provide information on products, prices and delivery times.

Duties And Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner ;
Enter customer orders, suggest purchase of additional products and provide technical assistance to customers if needed ;
Research customer complaints and answer questions ;
Consult with management for instructions to resolve complaints within 24 hours ;
Make weekly calls to customers to take orders for scheduled deliveries ;
Recommend additional products that may be needed to complete the order and additional items that are needed ;
Research all customer warranty and/or return requests and complete the appropriate forms and documentation relevant to the issue on the same day received.
Stay current with featured products and promotions.
Develop product knowledge to be able to specify and recommend products to customers ;
Participate in the weekly branch sales meeting ;
Communicates market information to the Customer Service Team and Branch Manager ;
Follow all safety requirements and use the proper PPE where required;
Other related duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications / Requirements
Sales experience & customer service experience min 2 years (required);
Computer skills (required) ;
Knowledge of trailer parts or industrial parts distribution (asset);
Autonomous and attentive to detail;
Problem-solving ability and excellent customer service skills ;
Anticipate and identify customer needs;
Must be reliable, responsible and have good judgment ;
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision ;
Strong organizational skills;
Professionalism towards colleagues, customers and suppliers;
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be comfortable in call center environment
