- Answer all Plumbing and HVAC requests and provide product quotation and technical support
- Create tender project quotes, review specs, get prices, keep quote logs, and following up with vendors/customers
- Preparing, submittals, receiving approvals, purchasing non-stocks, and overseeing order progression of equipment
- Collaborate with the branch team to close sales and to provide excellent customer service
- Sell Plumbing and HVAC products to assigned and potential customers
- Other related duties as assigned to grow the business
You Must Have:
- Superior customer service skills
- Well organized, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation ability
- Knowledge of, or the willingness to learn technical and advance skills
- Previous experience in Plumbing/HVAC sales and/or customer service
- Technical Plumbing/HVAC knowledge
- Experience using Trend, Word, Excel, and Outlook
