The Ottawa office is looking for an Intermediate Process Engineer to join their team in a full-time permanent position.
Duties
- Studies and Class EAs for water and wastewater projects.
- Organize/prepare conceptual, preliminary and final process designs for water and wastewater treatment plants, water and wastewater pumping stations, reservoirs, and intakes and outfalls.
- Prepare AutoCAD design drawings.
- Assist with shop drawings review and coordination.
- Participate in contract administration during construction.
- Site inspection, as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned/required and appropriate to this position.
- A minimum of a University degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution with a strong interest in water and wastewater projects.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience is preferred.
- Registered as an EIT with the PEO. Valid P. Eng. designation is an asset.
- Experience in using AutoCAD 2015 or newer versions.
- Experience with Biowin and Revit would be an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates superior English communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, project team members and clients.
- Must have a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
