Internet Sales Specialist, Acura Centre of Saskatoon

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday, with one mutually agreed day off during the week.

Our Acura Centre of Saskatoon is looking for an Internet Sales Specialist that is a “tech-savvy” seasoned automotive sales professional who is a go-getter, high-achiever and who’s work ethic is through the ROOF! The Nitty-Gritty Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Phone and email Internet leads to book appointments and follow-up.
• Data mining our existing customer base via phone and email campaigns.
• Work with clients on a daily basis following the FFUN Group Sales and Internet Processes.
• Alert colleagues of emerging technologies or applications and the provide opportunities to integrate them into our operations.
• Organize all leads received in a centralized location and work with an online client relation manager (CRM) to follow-up, track, and close Internet leads.
• Report daily sales activities and updates to the Internet Sales Leader using various project management tools as a method of correspondence.
• Ensure online inventory is relevant and provides enough information for the online consumer (pictures, descriptions, payments, APR, etc.).
  
  

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for someone who:

• Outstanding online communication skills.
• Works well independently, is self-motivated and has a track record of excellent performance.
• Previous dealership/automotive experience.
• Online sales experience.
• An outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry.
