These full-time, year-round union roles focus on seasonal and winter road maintenance using snowplows and wheel loaders. What You’ll Need

• Valid AZ or DZ licence with air brake endorsement
• Ability to pass a 3-year driver’s abstract
• Snowplow or wheel loader operating experience preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to perform demanding labour
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience as a Lead Hand or in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of safety reporting and equipment inspections
• Flexibility to work shiftwork and on-call rotations
• Preference given to local candidates familiar with Ontario highway systems
