About The Role

In this opportunity as Lead Product Manager - AI Transformations, you will:

  • Strategic AI Vision & Roadmap Development: Define and execute comprehensive AI product strategies and multi-year roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive measurable revenue growth across the entire sales funnel
  • AI Capability Planning: Drive the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, identifying emerging technologies, prioritizing feature development, and establishing timelines for implementation across different business functions
  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead the integration of AI capabilities throughout the sales process, from initial prospect identification and opportunity management to order creation and customer success optimization
  • Future-State Planning: Develop long-term AI transformation roadmaps that anticipate market evolution, technological advances, and changing customer needs
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze the competitive AI landscape, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify opportunities and maintain our competitive edge while informing roadmap priorities
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, engineering, data science, and vendor teams to ensure seamless AI product development and deployment aligned with strategic roadmaps
  • Enterprise-Scale Delivery: Oversee the development and launch of AI-powered products designed for enterprise-level implementation and adoption, following established capability roadmaps
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor AI product performance, analyze user behavior, and iterate on solutions to maximize business impact and customer value while informing future roadmap decisions
  • Stakeholder Management: Present AI transformation roadmaps, capability development plans, and business cases to executive leadership and key stakeholders across different business units


About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years in product management with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML product development and implementation
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gong, Conversica, Mindtickle, Claude, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, etc.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing complex AI capability roadmaps with demonstrated ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic vision
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI products in enterprise environments with demonstrated business impact
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement technologies
  • Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams
  • Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into AI product solutions and comprehensive capability roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across multiple roadmap timelines
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and roadmap strategies to diverse audiences
  • Current knowledge of the AI competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform roadmap development
