About the Role



As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the vital link between product, marketing, and customer insights, shaping the product roadmap and driving user growth. You’ll own go-to-market strategies, craft compelling product messaging, and advocate for the customer across the organization. In this role, you’ll tell impactful customer stories, execute email marketing campaigns, manage strategic partnerships, drive user feedback loops, develop product copy, launch new features, oversee incident communications, and ultimately, grow product adoption. They are hiring across multiple teams and levels (PMM and Senior PMM) and will work with you throughout the interview process to identify the best fit.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop compelling messaging & positioning for new and existing features
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric narratives
  • Collaborate with Product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on user insights
  • Plan & execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, email campaigns, content initiatives, and partnership activations
  • Create engaging copy across all channels—from landing pages to in-app communications
  • Deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and challenges through research and feedback
  • Leverage AI tools to prototype ideas, refine messaging, and enhance strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Leadership to align product direction with market needs
  • Optimize performance by measuring the impact of marketing programs and running iterative tests
  • Manage budgets & track ROI to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives


What We’re Looking For



Minimum Requirements:



  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into action
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, with strong influence across teams
  • Deep curiosity and creativity, particularly around AI and the future of work


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience as a PMM in a high-growth startup
  • Track record of launching successful products from 0→1
  • Background in marketing AI-powered tools or platforms
