We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee carbon fiber manufacturing operations. This organization is revolutionizing carbon fiber and nanofiber production through sustainable, low-emission processes. As a key leader on the production floor, you’ll manage teams, ensure safety and quality, and support scaling efforts in a cleantech environment.

- Oversee daily operations of carbon fiber production lines during assigned shifts
- Supervise, train, and mentor frontline production staff
- Lead EH&S initiatives, including hazard assessments and safety briefings
- Monitor output, compliance, and quality standards across the floor
- Resolve issues with staffing, scheduling, and equipment in real time
- Maintain cross-functional communication and escalate issues where necessary
- Drive accountability through performance tracking and continuous improvement
- Support onboarding and training of new hires
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in carbon fiber production or related manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
- Proven track record in managing production teams and enforcing safety standards
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- ERP systems and data tracking experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be open to working rotating 24/7 onsite shifts
