As the Manager, ERP Product Management you will work closely with the Director, ERP Product Management to support and manage a team of Business Analysts responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of StandardAero’s enterprise ERP systems. The Manager will work closely with key stakeholders, executive management, and development teams to prioritize business needs and contribute to the shaping and delivery of the ERP product roadmap.

As the Manager, ERP Product Management you will work closely with the Director, ERP Product Management to support and manage a team of Business Analysts responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of StandardAero’s enterprise ERP systems. The Manager will work closely with key stakeholders, executive management, and development teams to prioritize business needs and contribute to the shaping and delivery of the ERP product roadmap.
What You’ll Do
- Working with the Director, ERP Product Management and other ERP specialists, manage the evolution of StandardAero internal and external platforms, products and solutions.
- Provide day to day support to users by effectively managing prioritization of backlogs, support calls and project deliverables.
- Proactively coach and manage a team of ERP Business Analysts to Deliver on both operations and project objectives aligning to the ERP product roadmap.
- Support the Quality Assurance cycle by assisting the testing team, and work with business owners to develop test case scenarios for functional enhancements.
- Support the Project Management team as a subject matter expert or project resource that provides budget estimates, timeline development, analysis and oversight support during project execution.
- Research production system issues as they arise and manage the process through to problem resolution.
- Help to drive a lean culture/mindset through implementing agile team concepts to optimize prioritization, velocity, and accountability to deliver on team commitments.
- 7+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining enterprise ERP systems
- 10+ Years of relevant experience in IT role with increasing responsibility
- Planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, decision-making, oral and written communication skills along with ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the organization
- Post-Secondary education in a related field of study or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel. Requirement varies but possibility of approx. 2-8 weeks per year of international travel may be required.
