Your Role
Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modelling
Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:
- Developing detailed annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts to guide the company’s financial planning.
- Involving key stakeholders in budget and forecasting cycles, collecting information on important drivers of success.
- Creating financial models to support strategic decision making and long-term planning.
- Tracking and analyzing financial performance, identifying variances, and providing insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Conducting analysis of financial and project trends to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
- Preparing comprehensive financial reports for corporate leadership as well as Design Services and Client Services management teams highlighting trends and financial risks to be used in monitoring and decision making.
- Developing and managing the corporate project billing process.
- Ensuring that project billing occurs efficiently and effectively each month.
- Collaborating with other leaders in the company on process improvements.
- Overseeing project accounting and analysis to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Setting goals and creating plans to meet them, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Ensuring team members have the necessary tools and resources
- Encouraging team members to perform, ensuring the team is aligned with the goals and addressing and resolving issues within the team as they arise.
- Monitoring individual staff and team performance and providing continuous improvement feedback
- Ensuring team members comply with company policies and regulations.
