BRP is looking for a dynamic Manager System Transformation to drive the processes changes around the global manufacturing footprint transformation. This role is essential in transforming how we plan, procure, produce, and deliver across our diverse product lines. You will also play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and consistency within our SAP systems.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy and enhance SAP systems across all our manufacturing sites
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure clean, consistent, and accurate master data management
- Create and communicate a strategic vision for operational transformation and digital advancements
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks while maintaining open communication with senior leadership
- Provide hands-on support to solve challenges and optimize system performance and data quality
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in supply chain systems transformation
- Strong expertise in SAP master data and data governance best practices
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC, especially in EWM and TMS modules
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex, global environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills
- Proactive, resilient, and passionate about using data and systems to drive transformation
