Our client, a proudly Alberta-based company headquartered in Edmonton, serves clients across international markets. Specializing in machining, engineering, threading, assembly, and testing, they deliver world-class energy products to industry leaders worldwide. As they continue to grow, they seek a technical sales professional with a machining background to provide consultative sales, customer support, and project management.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, interpret technical drawings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Experience in machining, technical sales, or customer service is essential.

- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, assess customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Create and manage quotes, sales orders, repair orders, and return orders within the ERP System (AX Dynamics).
- Provide technical support, explaining product specifications, materials, and functionality.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and assembly teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the Plant Supervisor to resolve production concerns.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive business growth and maintain a positive reputation.
- Maintain customer data and leads in CRM and Excel.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with product offerings.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (AX Dynamics preferred) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
