We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is ready to tackle a diverse range of responsibilities and projects as a vital part of our team. Leading and working within a small team, creativity and excellent communication skills are a must in order to effectively position our products and services, drive both new as well as back-to-base leads, and improve our ongoing client communication strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Club Division, the primary responsibilities of the position include:

• Providing project guidance to the marketing team
• Working with Vice President & team to establish short and long term marketing plan
• Working with the team to create project milestones
• Working with the Vice President to grow current analytics sources and enhance fact based marketing initiatives
• Editing & review final content drafts
• Working with the Vice President to help create yearly Marketing Forecasts
• Owning some day-to-day tasks for specific brands under the portfolio where applicable (email campaign delivery, report distribution, design concepts, etc.)
• Leading all tradeshow coordination (booth concepts, scheduling resources, booking installs, budgeting, etc.)
• Working with executive stakeholders to build communication plans for various brands
• Assisting with the creation and ongoing maintenance of marketing properties such as: Corporate Websites, Brand Standard Guides, Client Lists and Product Information Guides
• Creating and delivering presentations on topics such as: Marketing Objectives, Strategies & Outcomes and Sales Competencies
• Bringing new ideas to the company to help diversify Marketing activities

• Have the ability to create a long term strategy and set short, medium and stretch goals while maintaining perspective
• Be competent in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word & Excel
• Stay highly organized, set priorities and possess excellent time management skills
• Be able to take direction and work independently to deliver results
• Have a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members
• Be comfortable speaking to groups & delivering presentations
• Be approachable with interpersonally savvy and well developed listening skills
