We have an exciting opportunity for consulting professionals to join our practice management team as a Consulting Manager. Our ideal candidate has a breadth of knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (F&SC) solutions, industry best practices, business processes and technology designs. We continue to experience strong growth and are currently hiring Consulting Managers proficient in Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain.
Consulting Managers are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation projects. This includes project planning, project management, project governance (Scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks), solution architecture, and direct management of implementation teams (on shore and offshore). From requirements gathering to go-live, consulting managers work closely with the implementation team, the client, and internal RSM support teams to ensure successful implementations. In addition, you will assist in the on-going improvement of delivery initiatives, processes, and tool sets to further enable the future success of RSM led D365 F&SC implementations.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $103,500 - $176,000
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain or previous versions
- Project or Program Manager of at least five full lifecycle Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects
- Undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in an IT related field, accounting or similar degrees
- Experience with DevOps and/or SmartSheet
- Deep knowledge in Core Business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Plan to Produce
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skill
- Industry experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, or Government Contracting implementations
- Dynamics AX/365 certifications
- PMP, Project Management Professional, Certification
- MBA
- D365 Power Platform implementation experience
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Copilot
