About the Role:
Our Lifemark Physiotherapy View Royal clinic in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia is hiring a Registered Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and mental health clinicians. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a new graduate, we provide the mentorship and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Bring:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- New graduates are welcome - we're excited to help you grow!
- Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions with head injury or concussion management specialization is a strong asset.
- Assessing the client's physical, psychosocial, and/or cognitive functioning within the outpatient rehabilitation work setting.
- Strong sense of independence and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Previous experience supporting WorkSafeBC, Canadian Veterans, ICBC, long-term disability, and referrals is a bonus.
- Newly licensed OT graduates are welcome—we’re excited to help you grow!
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred.
- Conduct client assessments - physical, psychosocial, and/or cognitive functioning within the outpatient rehabilitation work setting and/or in the community.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to support recovery and return to work.
- Manage a dynamic caseload with the support of your team.
- Participate in case conferences and collaborate across disciplines.
