Consider jumpstarting your career in Operations as an Operations Coordinator with STEMSOFT, a full-service software division of STEMCELL focused on designing, developing, selling, and supporting software for managing data in blood and bone marrow transplant centres, cord blood banks, and cellular therapy facilities on a global scale!

As a member of the Operations team, you will coordinate activities, processes and projects which support overall team objectives. You will be accountable to your teammates in the Sales, Product, and Customer Success, working to support and advocate for our clients, and partner closely with Finance to ensure that clients are invoiced promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships both internally and externally, to ensure the current and future success of the STEMSOFT team's operations.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute monthly service invoices and statements related to STEMSOFT services and subscription licenses, including following up on late or delayed payments
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for internal resources, external collaborators, and/or clients, taking meeting minutes as required
  • Triage incoming client inquiries and lead communication, responding with defined answers or escalating internally as appropriate
  • Support quality management activities including assisting authors and reviewers of policies and procedures with our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Contribute to the delivery of our products and services to our customers and clients, working collaboratively with the larger STEMSOFT team to share knowledge and drive success

Knowledge And Qualifications

  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and commitment to continuous improvement aimed at enhancing efficiency; exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Productivity tools
  • Preference for: relevant administrative experience supporting a team within a software, research environment or biotechnology company; familiarity with general laboratory, cGMP and healthcare concepts; interest in the application of information technology to healthcare

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$56,270.00 - $76,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
