Salary Range: $91,295.82 to $104,132.83 per annum (salary includes a 9.9% temporary market adjustment)

Hybrid Work Model

This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for in-office presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month. Additional requirements are determined by the role functions and operational needs of each business area.

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.

The Oracle Fusion Senior Business System Analyst is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role involves working closely with business users and IT teams to ensure that Oracle Fusion applications align with organizational needs and are effectively implemented. The Business System Analyst will play a critical role in identifying system requirements, performing functional testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system efficiency and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion modules (or other equivalent cloud-based systems), business processes, and an ability to support system implementations, optimizations, and troubleshooting efforts.

Qualifications

Must have

• Post-secondary degree in computer science, information systems or related field. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered.
• Two years of proven experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (or other equivalent cloud-based systems).
• Three years of recent experience leading business analysis and/or business system analysis on large scale business operations and/or high-risk projects.
• Experience leading system projects with demanding timelines.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and/or functional specifications by facilitating cross-functional meetings.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring others.

Nice to have:

• Experience with various Oracle Fusion modules (such as Finance, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, etc.).
• Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud Reporting tools.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integration tools, APIs, and data migration methods.
