WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
•A University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience demonstrating effective performance in retail or logistics roles.
•1-2 years of experience in overseeing personnel, with a focus on enhancing business outcomes while supporting team dynamics.
•Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and the ability to meet agreed budgets and goals.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
•Guide the Fulfilment Operations group in the designated zone to guarantee optimal goods availability and operational preparedness while minimizing expenses.
•Find, engage, and support team members in the Fulfilment Operations group to promote diversity and build a capable workforce for future needs.
•Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda within the assigned unit operations environment.
