Your Role And Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP PM/EAM functional stream for the ECC to RISE migration.
- Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis for ECC PM processes transitioning to RISE.
- Collaborate with BASIS, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration.
- Ensure continuity and integrity of business processes throughout the transformation.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Configure SAP PM/EAM functionalities and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Provide post-migration hypercare and support.
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP PM and EAM.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and understanding of migration to RISE (RISE with SAP).
- Proven experience in at least one SAP ECC to RISE (on-prem to cloud) migration project.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, work order processing, and master data structures.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps relevant to PM/EAM in the RISE environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification in PM or EAM.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (brownfield or selective data transition approach).
- Experience with integration touchpoints (MM, FI, CO, etc.).
