What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of Orangetheory Fitness – welcome members & guests with energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge
• MUST be available for opening shifts starting at 5:15AM (2-3 times per week)
• Introduce people to OTF – help new prospects understand the Orangetheory experience and guide them through their first workout
• Sell memberships (must love sales!) – connect with prospective members and help them kickstart their fitness journey
• Engage with the OTF community – answer calls, assist members, and build relationships
• Support studio operations – maintain an organized and clean studio, ensuring an exceptional member experience
• Participate in local marketing & outreach events – spread the Orange energy!
  
  
  

Looking for someone available to primarily open, opening shifts start at 5:00AM during the week & 7:00AM on weekends. Must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays (even better if it's both!)
