Job Purpose
The Parts Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation related to maintenance department purchases, ensuring all records meet company standards and compliance requirements. This role also owns the inventory management process, including cycle counts and the tracking of all parts—past, present, and future—to provide a complete and reliable overview of inventory.

Job Purpose
The Parts Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation related to maintenance department purchases, ensuring all records meet company standards and compliance requirements. This role also owns the inventory management process, including cycle counts and the tracking of all parts—past, present, and future—to provide a complete and reliable overview of inventory.
Duties And Responsibilities
The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Keep the CMMS inventory stock count updated and make sure the technicians using the parts are updated in FIIX, for dedicated locations.
- Order and keep an inventory of tools, supplies and parts needed for various types of equipment.
- Review, analyze, plan, forecast, and purchase parts, accessories, and stands to support our customer orders.
- Create purchase orders for spare parts and accessories from Group, manufacturers, and authorized vendors.
- Ensure all purchase approval processes are scanned, documented and controlled to company standard with purchase order submission
- Prepare job kits for work order completion based off of the incoming parts and outgoing work order request.
- Monitor, track, and expedite purchase orders to meet our requirements.
- Control and monitor all parts stocked and received at dedicated locations.
- Assist the annual Physical Inventory count for spare parts and accessories.
- Create/maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
- Cycle Counting inventory in planned maintenance intervals
- Perform other assigned duties
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of inventory control and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably FIIX, with experience maintaining accurate stock counts and usage tracking
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to forecast part needs, perform cycle counts, and prepare reports to support operational planning and maintenance activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, email communications, and presentations effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work indoors.
- May be exposed to hot temperatures from ovens.
- May work close to others, usually within a few feet.
- Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting, and temperature.

- May repeat the same movement.
- Often wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, steel toed safety shoes/boots and beard nets.
- Ability to bend or twist their body.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
