We’re Looking For:

A Physiotherapist who is passionate about making a real difference—whether you're a new grad hungry to learn or a seasoned clinician ready to deepen your neuro or MSK expertise. You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment and is committed to delivering client-centered care with heart, curiosity, and professionalism.

We're flexible in how we bring you on:

  • Employee model: $42.65–$66/hour (based on experience)
  • Contractor model: $80–$116/hour (based on experience + caseload)


Must-Haves:

  • Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
  • Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent degree)
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with ICBC, WorkSafe BC, LTD
  • Background in return-to-work programs
  • Clinical experience with neurological populations (e.g., post-concussion, vestibular, persistent pain) is an asset
  • WSBC ECAT Program experience is an asset

  • Deliver evidence-based, client-centered care (in-person/virtual)
  • Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team
  • Manage your own caseload with admin support
