We’re Looking For:
A Physiotherapist who is passionate about making a real difference—whether you're a new grad hungry to learn or a seasoned clinician ready to deepen your neuro or MSK expertise. You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment and is committed to delivering client-centered care with heart, curiosity, and professionalism.
We're flexible in how we bring you on:
- Employee model: $42.65–$66/hour (based on experience)
- Contractor model: $80–$116/hour (based on experience + caseload)
Must-Haves:
- Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent degree)
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with ICBC, WorkSafe BC, LTD
- Background in return-to-work programs
- Clinical experience with neurological populations (e.g., post-concussion, vestibular, persistent pain) is an asset
- WSBC ECAT Program experience is an asset

- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered care (in-person/virtual)
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team
- Manage your own caseload with admin support
