POSITION

Lean is growing rapidly and we seek self-motivated individuals to assist us with our product strategy and roadmap. Working closely with our development team and workflow solution developers, this individual will help ensure Lean maintains a industry leading customer-driven product.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and coordinate the execution of the product roadmap for dispute solutions.
• Implement a product development methodology that prioritizes real-time customer feedback.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive product features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products on time and within scope.
• Partner with compliance, fraud, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
• Analyze product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Communicate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fintech or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial technologies, AI, and digital banking infrastructure.
• Background in payments or dispute resolution is a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in fintech.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
