Jonas is seeking a self-motivated Professional Services Representative who thrives on working within a fast paced, service oriented and results driven environment. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is action oriented and will collaborate with colleagues in all areas of our business including software development, professional services, customer support, sales, and finance to help ensure our Clients’ needs are being fulfilled.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule all parts of Jonas Club Payments implementations - including initial contact, installation, merchant account creation and setup/training.

Facilitate the coordination of all steps in the process with Club Clients and Jonas & partner staff.

Oversee and prioritize outstanding requests for Jonas Club Payments on the Club Support Board and follow up to ensure the Clients’ requests are responded to in a timely manner

Consult with Club Clients to understand their current work process in order to evaluate their training needs and make recommendations to them

Build and maintain positive long-term Client relationships by exemplifying integrity and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Assist with the tracking of and utilization of Jonas Club resources in Salesforce

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline or related work experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high volume administration role

Hands on experience with the Club Industry an asset

Demonstrated relationship building expertise with strong communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a self-managed manner, with exceptional organizational skills, prioritization, and time management abilities in order to meet deadlines

Professional, customer service mindset with a commitment to deliver exceptional quality of work

Highly proficient in MS Office and experience with SalesForce considered to be an asset

Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
