Scrawlr is a company building a software platform and series of products dedicated to enabling alternative forms of communication layered on existing internet content, together with delivering superior monetization flexibility and content ownership for content generators.

Summary

 

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating projects, initiatives, and products, and reconciling interdependencies.

2. Supporting senior leadership in formulating and distributing product strategy.

3. Managing multi-product team communications.

4. Developing product strategies for the purpose of commercialization.

5. Managing the commercialization of a variety of products including decision-making between product and commercial prioritization.

 

Your role will include:

 

● Engagement with the CEO and Head of Technology on the formulation of project and product features and associated deliverables.

● Establishing, implementing, and managing formal project structure requirements.

● Learning and mastering technical concepts related to our projects, including where initial technical insight is limited.

● Managing delivery of joint product and project requirements across both technical and commercial teams.

● Leading business development research and decision-making for the purpose of commercialization activities.

 

Required Skills or Experience

 

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Strategy, Project Management)

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

● Proficiency in document creation and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Confluence)

● Problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions

● Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is an asset

● Software development internship experience or knowledge is an asset

 

 

Salary and Benefits

 

● $100,000 - $120,000 base salary with a bonus subject to personal performance

● Extended health benefits plan

 

Position Type

 

●  Nature: Permanent, full-time, and in person

●  Time Commitment: 40 hours per week

●  Work Location: Vancouver, BC

●  Start Date: Immediate
