Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for Project Accountant to be responsible for accounting and finance needs at a project level. The primary focus of this position includes financial setup of projects, maintaining timely, accurate and consistent project cost information in the accounting system and Procore project management software and project billing.

The wage band for this position is $56,094 - $84,142 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

• Accounting certificate or degree, strongly desired
• 1-5 years' experience in accounting, construction industry considered an asset
• Candidates pursuing CPA Designation considered an asset
• Payroll experience considered an asset
• Prior experience with SAGE – Timberline considered an asset
• Prior experience with Procore considered an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business leader
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, process driven and efficiency seeker skills are all highly beneficial
