Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for field teams and site foremen
- Track job progress, quality, and timelines across multiple properties
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new crew members
- Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction
- Use systems like Jobber and EOS tools to monitor performance
- Lead weekly meetings, site walkthroughs, and project reviews
- Assist with snow and ice control operations during winter months
- 3–5 years of landscape, construction, or operations management experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Leadership mindset with a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Tech-savvy with experience in Jobber, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
- Able to work on-site full-time and adapt to seasonal demands
