MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Project Coordinator on behalf our client, a well-established developer-builder with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality multifamily communities across the Lower Mainland. Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in the coordination of active mid-rise residential projects
  • Conduct regular weekly site visits to monitor progress and ensure schedule alignment
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing revisions, and construction documentation
  • Liaise with trades, consultants, site staff, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with municipal permitting processes and closeout documentation
  • Help ensure quality standards and municipal compliance across all stages of construction


Qualifications

  • 1–5+ years in a project coordination or construction admin role
  • Experience with wood-frame or multifamily residential construction preferred
  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or scheduling tools an asset
  • Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required (T2200 eligible)
