Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity at our Vancouver office for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, clerical, and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams as required.

This position requires the employee to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security (ERS) Clearance. Criteria for ERS Clearance includes being a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident who has been living in Canada for a minimum of 5 years.

The salary band for this position is $65,843 - $98,764 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline/equivalent experience
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience with a General Contractor
  • Ability to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security (ERS) Clearance
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
  • Basic understanding of construction sequences
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
  • Basic knowledge of BIM/VDC services, standards, implementation and practice is an asset
