Your role
Join our team as a Project Manager with the Southern Ontario team.
In this role, you’ll join our team of experts who lead major capital building and infrastructure projects. The leader must have experience delivering programs of work or large capital projects for institutional clients, with an impressive portfolio of healthcare sector experience.

Your role
Join our team as a Project Manager with the Southern Ontario team.
In this role, you’ll join our team of experts who lead major capital building and infrastructure projects. The leader must have experience delivering programs of work or large capital projects for institutional clients, with an impressive portfolio of healthcare sector experience.
Responsibilities
- You’ve completed a number of projects, varying in size and scope in the public sector relating to educational, municipal or other institutional buildings, facilities, healthcare, and essential infrastructure
- Your clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives
- Your clients are impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical issues
- A university or college degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination and management
- Recent experience delivering projects in the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of various construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as building codes, contract law and relevant legislation
- Professional industry credentials such as PMP, E.I.T/P.Eng., CET, Registered Architect or other similar industry recognized designation is considered a strong asset
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with local and regional teams
- A strong sense of community and involvement in local community boards and associations
