Greenfield is looking for a QA Analyst to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The QA Analyst will effectively test, validate, and support our business applications to ensure the reliability and integrity of functional processes that align with business objectives. The QA Analyst will design, document and execute test plans. They will identify and document defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of Greenfield’s application systems. Greenfield operates in a 24/7 environment; some testing and support activities may be required during off hours.

Who You Are

  • Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting test cases and reporting issues.
  • Must be able to work on a team and inspire increased productivity from teammates

Your Experience Should Include

  • Completion of a related technical post-secondary diploma/degree.
  • 5+ years of strong knowledge of Microsoft Application Suites.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in ERP or business application environments.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with modern BI/Data Visualization platforms (e.g., PowerBI, SSRS)
  • Experience with API development tools for testing tools such as Postman.
  • Experience with Leapwork or other test automation tools; ability to configure and maintain automated test flows.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint-based development cycles.
  • Familiarity with UAT coordination and working with business stakeholders to validate requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple testing tasks and priorities in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Knowledge of data validation, system integration testing, and workflow testing across applications.
  • Experience with SQL or data querying tools is an asset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software quality and alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand application functionality and testing needs.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools; follow through to resolution with development teams.
  • Configure, document and maintain automated test flows using Leapwork to support continuous testing and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automated test executions, ensuring reliability and accuracy of test results.
  • Validate data integrity and system workflows across integrated applications and modules.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing UAT with business users, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain and update test documentation to reflect changes in application functionality or business processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Support testing activities during off-hours as required in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
