Quality Control Technician
We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our Brantford team!
As our Quality Control Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks related to the examination and final inspection of the pressure relief valves and parts, including duties of Certified Individual. You will also perform equipment calibration, and component Inspection & program NDE inspections (PMI, NDT, MP, LP) and prepare the related quality-control (QC) documents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine shop experience to progress within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with focus on quality and teamwork!

Your Challenge
- Utilize test procedures, investigate and analyze test failures
- Document the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate
- Work with established test procedures and perform calibration of measuring and testing equipment
- May assist with development of test specifications, methods and procedures
- Provide assistance in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement
- Complete QC Documentation packages for valves after confirming their compliance to required material, ASME codes and technical standards.
- May prepare technical reports and product verification documentation summarizing findings and recommending solutions to a wide variety of technical problems
- Perform parts dimensional inspection for N299 program.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Control role
- Fast pace and high volume while on your feet throughout the day
- High School or GED required
- CMM programing knowledge and experience preferred
- Self-motivated, demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
