Compensation

Responsibilities
- Help buyers and sellers navigate their real estate transactions with confidence.
- Continually learn and collaborate to provide top customer service to all clients.
- Leverage the BRIX platform for branding, marketing, and lead generation.
- Build a strong online and offline presence using our content resources and social media systems.
- Utilize mentorship and coaching to help you scale.
- Maintain compliance and coordinate deals using our pay-as-you-go TC program (optional).
- Participate in in-person or virtual community meet-ups and team events.
- Be great in and for your community.
- Active real estate license or in progress (required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and business-minded.
- Open to coaching, learning, and collaboration.
- Comfortable with basic tech tools (CRM, Zoom, social media).
- New and experienced agents welcome.
