As a Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you’ll join our unicorn-status, fast-growing company and take a critical role in optimizing how we hire. You’ll work closely with recruiting and business leadership to ensure our talent processes are efficient, data-informed, and built to scale. From driving programs and analyzing metrics to owning systems and operational workflows, you’ll be at the center of how we grow our team thoughtfully and effectively.

As a Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you’ll join our unicorn-status, fast-growing company and take a critical role in optimizing how we hire. You’ll work closely with recruiting and business leadership to ensure our talent processes are efficient, data-informed, and built to scale. From driving programs and analyzing metrics to owning systems and operational workflows, you’ll be at the center of how we grow our team thoughtfully and effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Program Ownership: Lead core recruiting operations initiatives across process improvement, vendor management, and systems optimization.
- ATS Optimization: Manage our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring workflows are scalable, data is accurate, and hiring teams are enabled.
- Reporting & Analytics: Own recruiting metrics and dashboards, delivering insights and recommendations that inform decisions and highlight areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People Ops, Finance, and hiring leaders to align on headcount planning, forecasting, and operational execution.
- Process Strategy: Identify inefficiencies, propose new workflows, and implement recruiting best practices to enhance both candidate and hiring team experience.
- Documentation & Enablement: Build playbooks, training materials, and process guides to enable consistency and scalability across the hiring team.
- Compliance & Systems Hygiene: Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance with hiring regulations, and lead system audits as needed.
- TalentWall Management: Own the setup, accuracy, and usage of TalentWall to drive visibility, alignment, and accountability across the hiring funnel.
- Background in recruiting operations, people operations, or program management, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive process improvements.
- Experience managing or working extensively in Greenhouse.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
- Strong project management skills with an eye for process and detail.
- Experience using TalentWall.
- Familiarity with recruiting compliance, EEO reporting, and hiring audits.
- Exposure to headcount planning, workforce analytics, or people operations.
- Previous experience supporting technical or GTM hiring teams.
- 70k to 90k base + bonus.
