Our Rehabilitation Services team is seeking a personable and confident part time Registered Clinical Counselor to join us in our Cranbrook clinic! The RCC will be responsible for the provision of intake assessment and treatment services for clients with a variety of psychological and physical diagnoses.

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
- Psychological assessment for treatment planning
- Counselling/treatment/education
- Psychological case management input and direction to the therapy teams pertaining to initial assessment, treatment planning, clients' progress, conflict resolution, stakeholder discussions and problem solving, and discharge planning
- Quality reporting and communication
- Orientation and mentoring to assist other team members to effectively manage clients' psycho-social issues
- A graduate of a recognized School of Counselling
- Registered member in good standing with BCACC
- Experience with chronic pain, concussion and/or post traumatic stress disorder
- Experience in Return to Work
- A high degree of proficiency in problem solving and decision making
- An ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team
- Effective communication skills toward consensus with clients, payers, and stakeholders
