What You'll Be Doing

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and external sales reps, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Handle the daily processing of new rental agreements.
  • Maintain and update equipment inventory on-site, ensuring accurate communication with the team.
  • Manage cycle billing, organize contract documentation, coordinate equipment exchanges, and track weekly open contracts.
  • Partner with the service department to resolve maintenance and repair issues related to rental equipment.
  • Work closely with drivers to ensure timely delivery of construction equipment to designated job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or the construction industry (experience in equipment rental is a plus).
  • A proactive team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with computers and related Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a courteous and respectful approach to colleagues and customers alike.
  • A dedication to quality and a strong sense of pride in your work.
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points). You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.
