As a member of the Residential Administrator team, you will be joining a pool of other Admins that support our office systems and related monthly procedures.What we offer

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a customer service/office administration role
- Strong computer skills (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently
- Must be an extremely quick learner & very comfortable with complex procedures
- Can be entrusted to do the work correctly and work independently
- Has the ability to deal with unforeseen issues and overcome obstacles
- Experience with the Plumbing industry would be considered an asset
- Strong PC skills & experience
- Some experience in accounting principals and terminology is advantageous
- Diligently managing time to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Managing monthly reporting procedures and month-end closing tasks
- Working with SalesForce (our backbone application) to resolve issues with payments, invoices, or work orders
- Communicating with technicians, office workers, and customers to resolve a variety of issues that arise from the time we schedule our technicians to billing our customers.
- Possibly helping other Admins in the event of staff shortages or increased workloads
- Interface with a variety of departments (e.g., Accounting, Payroll etc.) and foster a helpful, collaborative relationship
- Must be able to document office procedures & maintain procedure manuals
- “Resolving” (Closing) Work Orders on a daily basis to ensure our processes are completed and error-free
- Working 90% with SalesForce, but also familiar with Windows, Outlook & Excel
