The role is required to work onsite 3 days a week with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable collaboration and cultivate our client relationships.

Candidates will be selected to participate in a training path in one of the following SAP areas based on their experience, degree, and interest: SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), Transportation Management (TM), Global Trade Services (GTS), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), or Human Resources (SuccessFactors). You will assist in the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of SAP systems.

We are focused on candidates:

With a high-school diploma, GED/ equivalent or an associate’s degree (without a bachelor’s degree)

Seeking to enter an industry unrelated to their current or previous work experiences

Here’s What You Need

High School diploma

Fluency in French and English

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if you:

Prior experience with any of the following SAP areas or modules, either as an end-user or with some programming background:

Security: Administer management roles in SAP within the Central User Administration (CUA).

Transportation Management: Supply chain experience with exposure to logistics and transportation processes. SAP Transportation Management or Sales and Distribution knowledge.

Global Trade Services: Coursework with international trade or international business, as well as having exposure to supply chain, logistics, or procurement.

Extended Warehouse Management: Supply chain experience with exposure to warehouse operations and logistics. SAP Extended Warehouse Management or Materials Management knowledge.

Human Resources (SuccessFactors): Exposure to SuccessFactors, or other human capital management and/or Payroll/Time Management tools and processes.

Exposure to a minimum of one programming language (e.g., Java, Javascript, C, C++, C#, SQL, Python, etc.)

Strong track record of good grades

Look at problems both analytically and creatively

Comfortable speaking up and sharing your thoughts in person and in writing

Curious about business and technology and want to constantly learn

Experience being on a team –– at school, at another job, or in the military

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Exposure to advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, v-look ups, macros
