About The Role
We’re looking for a Security Advisor Specialist to join our growing team!
What You'll Do Here
Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of cloud authentication technologies (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, multi-factor authentication).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their identity and access management (IAM) services.
- Ability to implement, and maintain secure authentication solutions.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, security, development) to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on authentication strategies and technologies.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of IAM policies and procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve authentication-related issues.
- Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of authentication systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for authentication processes and procedures.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members.
- Experience: Proven experience in cloud authentication, IAM, and cybersecurity.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud platforms, authentication protocols, and security technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Certifications: Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
