Senior Sales Franchising Manager – Overview

This role in Franchising will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads, engage in direct outreach, and creatively expand our network. This role is crucial in feeding potential franchisees into the Foodtastic pipeline and finalizing deals to grow our brand presence


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and generate new franchise leads.
  • Direct Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential franchisees through direct outreach and other communication methods.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to identify potential franchise opportunities.
  • Creative Outreach: Utilize innovative and creative approaches to expand our network and attract potential franchisees.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the franchise sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads.
  • Negotiation: Collaborate with prospective franchisees to comprehend their requirements, articulate Foodtastic's value proposition, and facilitate or spearhead the negotiation of franchise agreement terms.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the franchising sector.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation, pipeline status, and sales performance to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on franchising or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and deal closure.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
