Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
How does the role impact the organization?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join the Advisor Marketing Team. This role will focus on managing our website program in coordination with our partners at RJL and champion digital marketing best practice. As the firm continuous to grow our marketing program will evolve. This role will also provide a perspective and support the success of strategic initiatives/projects that advance and drive scale in our approach to digital marketing and lead generation, including the tools, technology, and guidance we provide to our network of over 500 advisors in Canada.

- Website Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our website programs, ensuring they align with digital best practices and meet the needs of our advisors.
- Partner Coordination: Collaborate closely with our partners at RJL to ensure seamless integration and alignment of website programs and initiatives.
- Digital Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices, and implement these insights to enhance our digital marketing offer and guidance.
- Tool and Technology Advancement: Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our digital marketing, with the lens to user friendly tools.
- Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to advisors, helping them navigate and utilize our website program and the digital channels in their ecosystem.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of website programs, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of digital marketers.
