What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Positioning – Elevate your brand voice and sharpen your value proposition to resonate across multiple touchpoints (web, social, video, events).
Digital & Performance Marketing – Design and execute high-converting multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and search (SEO/SEM).
Content Leadership – Lead the editorial calendar, shape compelling thought leadership, and craft creative, on-brand content that resonates with and attracts like-minded, purpose-driven audiences.
Marketing Analytics & Optimization – Track performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
Campaign Management – Launch digital recruitment and lead-generation campaigns, participate in training webinars, and global virtual/in-person activations.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner across our team and time zones to ensure brand reach and deliver exceptional client experiences.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in senior-level marketing, digital strategy, or brand consulting roles—preferably in the coaching, leadership development, or success education space.
Demonstrated success scaling digital brands through organic and paid media.
Advanced experience with MarTech tools (CRM's, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, Canva/Adobe, and AI content platforms).
A creative, growth-oriented mindset and an ability to transform data into compelling marketing strategies.
Executive-level communication skills and a proven ability to guide thought leadership and brand storytelling.
A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a desire to work in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
