About The Opportunity
Join ISC as a Senior Project Manager (Consultant) and lead the delivery of a high-profile, large-scale, and highly complex project. We’re seeking a dynamic leader ready to drive results, foster collaboration, and deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Establish project objectives, approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective coordination, delegation, and coaching
- Oversee project execution and deliverables, aligning with the Program Gating Process methodology
- Communicate and report to executive sponsors, stakeholders, and project boards through presentations, briefings, and status updates
Project Management Expertise
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience, including large-scale, complex projects
- Proven consulting experience with actionable solution recommendations
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and project management tools
- Project Management Certification
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage resistance and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with large-scale change initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Ability to align project objectives with strategic business outcomes
- Experience driving a culture of change and innovation
