We are hiring a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our financial services team.
Our sales team is made up of a talented group of experienced sellers who have expertise in penetrating their industries.
They have a deep network of established relationships (strong C level relationships) and thrive on building relationships across enterprise or mid-market financial service-based accounts. They have a proven track record of growing their client base either via established networks or hunting skills. There will be a preference given to those who have been working for over 5 years selling to Canadian Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets clients.
They are brand evangelists, who are passionate about technology and creative in problem solving. They are strong listeners, adept at supporting teams in pursuits and helping align to client agendas. They are results driven and are ambitious to produce a well-managed, profitable, and growing a book of business advisory and technology delivery opportunities across their client territory. They are professional story tellers who love sharing Slalom’s purpose, differentiation in the market and the many ways of how we have helped clients achieve their goals through our offerings and consulting expertise. They are well versed in working with Alliance technology partners such as Microsoft/AWS or Salesforce.

So, what will I do?
- Responsible for achieving $10 million + in Annual revenue targets, quarterly sales targets and MBO’s
- Responsible for a client or set of clients pipeline creation and forecasting.
- Executing discipline in lead management, opportunity qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene, forecasting & deal commitment
- Drive activity in partnership with the account, practice and alliance leaders
- Partner & Collaborate with Alliance partners in which Slalom does significant work with respective platforms (Salesforce/AWS and/or Microsoft)
- Develop and share sales collateral.
- Responsible for sales on multiple accounts (2-5 expected)
- Develop digital marketing campaigns to be executed by the Inside Sales team and then take follow-on actions to respond to interest or inbound leads.
- Lead & Negotiate SOW and MSAs as part of overall Account team.
- 7+ years of previous outside sales experience (Either in consulting services or staff augmentation), with minimum of 3 years in Financial Services Industry as target sector
- Proven track record of selling professional services or digital transformation or cloud-based solutions
- Past experience meeting and achieving annual targets of $10million+ in revenue
- Strong relationships in Financial Services (Banking, Wealth or Insurance)
- Preference given to experience working with technology partners such as Salesforce, AWS or Microsoft
- Previous experience leading sales cycle with C level technology and business executives
- Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills
- Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales
