Salary range is expected to be between
$83,250.00 CAD - $149,850.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for events that support our objectives, ensuring alignment with our overarching strategy.
- Manage and oversee project timelines to ensure that all strategic initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Craft clear, compelling, and impactful communications that convey our story and strategic vision to various stakeholders, including employees, partners, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and integrate them into strategic communications and event planning.
- Analyze industry trends and internal data to inform strategic decisions and enhance our storytelling approach.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Foster a customer-centric and ownership-oriented mindset across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and communications, making improvements as necessary.
- 3-5 proven experience in strategy consulting, event planning, time management and communications.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging communications.
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders in a global environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and communications.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and customer-centric approach.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
