How You'll Make An Impact

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: You will design and execute a variety of talent acquisition strategies and campaigns, aligning hiring strategies with business requirements to ensure Gallagher attracts the best talent in the industry.
  • Leadership in Recruitment Campaigns: Lead recruitment campaigns with accountability, designing and implementing sourcing strategies that meet our dynamic business needs.
  • Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Manage a full life-cycle requisition workload, building a robust network of active and passive candidates. Master recruitment tools and technologies to conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments.
  • Innovative Use of Social Media and Recruitment Tools: Utilize social media platforms and recruitment tools to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide tracking and analysis of sourcing methods, delivering regular reports on activity and results to management for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners and train hiring managers on effective talent acquisition strategies and processes.
  • Independent and Impactful Work: Operate independently with minimal guidance, while providing mentorship to lower-level staff, contributing to a culture of growth and development.

About You

Required:

  • 5 years related recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
  • Proficient with employment laws and related compliance issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.

Preferred:

  • Proven experience in passive recruiting, ideally within an agency or recruitment outsourcing environment.
  • Exposure to recruiting for insurance, broker and risk management roles.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, such as ICIMS, is a plus.
