What & Why

: Our global retail client is opening a number of new locations and is looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their team to support both in office and distribution centre colleagues. You will be taking technical responsibility for all IT systems on site ensuring efficient, reliable and cost-effective running supporting production, customer service call centre and admin PC users. You will be responsible for ensuring the systems usage is managed effectively in order to develop and promote good practice and responsible usage of IT systems on site. You will need a level of systems knowledge, Business Enterprise Servers, Windows, MS Office. MS Excel Skill
