What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for our service guests, offering a warm and professional welcome.
Confirm service appointments and guest information.
Conduct walkarounds with the guest to identify vehicle concerns.
Open repair orders in our system with accuracy and care.
Keep the guest informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit.
Handle customer check-out and payment in a friendly and efficient manner.
Work closely with our BDC and service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, retail, or customer service is strongly preferred.
Professional, upbeat, and personable with excellent communication skills.
A multitasker who thrives in a busy, team-oriented setting.
Comfortable with computers and willing to learn dealership software systems.
Detail-oriented and organized — you don’t miss the little things.
